Authentic Casting

If productions commit to an ethical, inclusive development process, it stands to reason that more roles for previously underrepresented groups will be open for casting. How do you ensure that the policies, processes and approaches in the casting process ensure access and inclusion? Further, where are there opportunities to widen the talent pipeline, engage in new and different outreach processes, to connect with acting talent that has been historically excluded from the system?
