ReFrame's original Production Roadmap was designed for use by production companies and studios, but agencies representing talent are also advised to contribute to and collaborate with this process. As a general policy, agents will benefit by adapting systems to recognize and sign diverse talent and source material that ultimately satisfies consumer demand by responding to shifting demographics in the marketplace. In doing this, content decision-makers will have a deeper pipeline of talent to draw from in all areas.
