Film Fatales is a non profit which advocates for parity in the film industry and supports an inclusive community of hundreds of women and non-binary feature film and television directors nationwide.
Resource Partner:
Film Fatales membership is open to filmmakers of all marginalized genders who have directed or co-directed at least one scripted or unscripted feature film (over 70 minutes) or television episode (over 30 minutes) which has been publicly released in theaters, on television, SVOD, or at a film festival.
With a robust, vetted database of 500+ women and non-binary directors, Film Fatales is an incredible resource to get connected to talent that may not have representation. The Film Fatales programming team, through their Parity Pipeline initiative and year-round programming, are tapped into a vibrant, ever-growing community of directing talent and eager to share recommendations for talent with industry professionals.
We encourage agencies to audit their client lists for gender, race/ethnicity, disability, and LGBQIA representation. If you represent directors and are seeking to diversify your roster, we strongly recommend contacting Film Fatales for recommendations.
