For more than 25 years, Women in Animation have been advocating for gender parity in the animation industry. In addition to their groundbreaking research and artist support programs, WIA have created the WIA Talent Database – your one-stop shop for hiring women, trans and non-binary talent for animated projects.

With a goal of reaching gender parity in animation by 2025, Women in Animation has created a number of tools and resources to support employers who seek to hire more women, trans and non-binary professionals.
