Diverse Representation

The mission of Diverse Representation is to increase the exposure and number of African-American agents, attorneys, managers and publicists who work in the sports and entertainment industry. The current discussion on diversity in the sports and entertainment industry has overwhelmingly been limited to the perspective of those names and faces we see on the screen, on court or on the field. Rarely do we speak about it from the perspective of those doing the leg work behind the scene who represent entertainers and professional athletes, negotiate fair deals and foster relationships for future work. That conversation shifts now.

Diverse Representation offers a membership option for agents, attorneys, managers, publicists, business managers, financial advisors as well as studio and network executives.

In addition to their membership database, Diverse Representation also hosts a job board where agencies can share open positions with Diverse Representation members. As ReFrame encourages agents using the ReSource to audit and diversify your client rosters, we also encourage you to actively recruit for open positions within your companies using tools like the Diverse Representation job board.
